Brighton Gay Men’s Chorus have announced that their “Pull A Cracker” Christmas show raised a staggering £5,713.40 for the Sussex Beacon, who offer specialist care and support for men, women and families affected by HIV.
For the third year running, the choir made a triumphant return to the Brighton Dome for a packed-out festive December evening. This year they were joined on stage by the fabulous actress Claire Sweeney and supported by their new sponsor Co-operative Funeralcare.
Paul Charlton, Chairman of Brighton Gay Men’s Chorus said:
“Thanks so much to everyone for your continued support. We really pulled out all the stops this year to deliver as entertaining a show as we could! We also have a number of other exciting plans that we hope to announce in the near future, and are delighted to once again to help raise money for such a worthy local cause.”
